Telmo, a young man aspiring to be a filmmaker, travels to the most remote depths of the Amazon rainforest. He arrives brimming with innocent dreams, romantic ideals, and a camera. Aware of his ignorance, he documents his experience from day one.
The journey pushes Telmo to the limits of reason, to the realm of the uncontacted. By then, the film has matured; Telmo has discovered who he is. He is a different person; the film has been a rite of passage. Now Telmo is a storyteller, and he decides to tell this story. He opens his laptop and creates a new project, which he calls "Film #1."
